About Me

Hi, I’m Liz!

I’m a 3/5 Sacral Generator and if you know what that means, you know that my entire life I have had to learn things the hard way, my own way. We are the FAFO of the human design types. In order to know that the stove is hot, it is my duty to touch it. A little exhausting, but it has honestly been my deepest pleasure to learn from the inside out, and share what I’ve seen.

And that’s why I’m here to help the collective. The things I teach, I have learned on myself first, which helps me make your healing easier.

My own healing led me to so many incredible modalities that opened my eyes to the possibilities in healing. When we work together with the body, emotions, spirit and energy. I spent years spinning my wheels in talk therapy, until I found the work that allowed my body to finally relax and heal. A combination of breathwork, lymphatic work and self-actualization work and decolonization created the conditions for my body to begin to heal at all levels. I experienced the magic of watching trauma dissolve.

My teachers are everything to me. I’ve been insatiable and so grateful to learn from those who have done the deepest dives into their own healing and mastery. The breathwork I teach has roots in Layla Martin’s VITA Sex, Love and Relationship coaching certification and also in Jim Morningstar’s six-month course in Therapeutic Breathwork. I learned lymphatic and vagus nerve work from Dagmar Khan in her Women’s Pelvic Health Certification, and from many Perry Nickelston’s Stop Chasing Pain courses.

I teach self-massage techniques and do in-person subtle bodywork that I’ve learned from many teachers: Tibetan Cranial and Psoas Release from Deanna Batdorff, Sobada and Traditional Mexican Medicine from Metztli Lopez Torres, Sobada from Don Oatzinu, energy work from Ann Marie Chiasson, Reiki from Melissa Crowhurst and also Christopher Tellez. I have studied two years of Somatic Experiencing for trauma resolution with Alicen Halquist. I have also received Chi Nei Tsang sessions with Jak Noble since 2019 and share practices and wisdom that have been deeply healing to me from his mentorship. Licia Berry has been a close mentor for spiritual healing and awakening. I have also had many teachers in the decolonial and dismantling white supremacy culture spaces, Dra. Rosales Mesa and Weeze Doran are two I’ve done longer online containers with. My family has participated in the Battle of Little Bighorn Victory Ride since 2022 and its decolonial healing has been so meaningful for us. In my experience, none of the body healing really works until we put it in the right context.

I am always learning, always a student, and I’m deeply grateful to all of my teachers in all forms.

Healing Complex PTSD is…complex. The Western medicine is still working to understand what that really means and how to heal it. But for me, learning healing techniques to invite safety, confidence, joy and health back into my body has positively impacted all aspects of me life. I focus predominantly on the body in my work with others. This is the place where I found the most healing for the smallest effort and it’s also the place I see that’s missed in so much of healing. So the body is where we start, and we move into emotions, thoughts and spirit when the body is ready.
