When your breathing is constricted, and your lymph slows down…it makes your physical body hurt, your emotional body more reactive, and your mind race all over the place.
The constant rushing and bracing our society requires is so hard on us. Our animal bodies are exhausted and stressed out!
That’s why I created this mini-course. It’s 3 classes and a handful of short practice videos to show you some of the ridiculously simple and effective practices for gently liberating this inner tension. I use these tools myself, with my family and friends, and my clients. I teach this stuff not as science—there are plenty of great books I can point you to for that—but as a genuine invitation into the art of getting to know YOUR body and YOUR inner rhythms. You’ll never think about your breath or your healing in the same way.
Every type of healing I’ve done, studied, or read about has this wonderful biproduct that isn’t really talked about: it liberates our breath and lymph. The healing modalities that really work have this unspoken quality of helping us breath better, and allowing our bodies to melt our stiffness. We walk out of sessions lighter.

Here’s what you will learn:
The main lymph groups in the body, and how to assess their health
A connected breath that is a “nervous system sweeper,” sweeping stuck anxiety from our bodies
A coherent breath that helps our body rhythms synch for an instant calm that even lowers blood pressure
4 different styles of touch to stimulate the various nerve endings to get lymph flowing again
Ways to gently release toxins from our organs using exercises from visceral manipulation work
This will help you begin to:
Liberate your respiratory diaphragm so your default becomes BREATHING with stress instead of holding your breath and freezing your system
Free stagnated lymph so that bracing is no longer your default body response
Experience organ mobility! Our organs are meant to move with us. We’ll do some work to help unwind the tension
Feel both awake and tired! Energy when you want it, and rest when you need it
Breathe in times of activation or overwhelm, as opposed of hold the breath
Cautions:
Even though this work is gentle, it’s still really powerful. It is absolutely possible that old traumas may surface, old injuries may speak up, and stagnation in the fascia may surface as mild to intense detoxification reactions. Detox symptoms can be fevers, rashes, sore throats. They usually pass within 24-48 hours depending on the amount of detox your body is needing.
This is why it is crucial to go slow, and to learn to listen to what YOUR body is asking for. We use sacred touch, not diagnostic “poking and prodding” in this class. I want to invite the bravery that it takes to step into something that might be a little uncomfortable initially, but has the potential to be powerfully healing. This work takes guts. And there are times when our body requires more stillness (this can be active infections, early pregnancy, active cancer).
